Gentle Yoga
Relax and unwind here. Gentle yoga is a slow-paced class designed to relieve stress and restore balance. It may include flowing standing postures and floor poses. The focus will be on breathing, proper alignment, mindfulness and deep relaxation to soothe the nervous system and calm the mind.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a quiet and introspective practice that incorporates passive, longer-held postures that focus on sensation. Yin yoga increases circulation, improves flexibility, releases connective tissue, encourages deeper relaxation, improves joint mobility, brings balance to your organs through meridian stimulation and reduces stress and anxiety.

Rise and Stretch
Start your day with a nice stretch and some quiet time! This class is for all levels and is perfect for early risers. We will focus on aligning the body, calming the mind, and opening the heart. Practice may include mantras, mudras, pranayama, basic postures and a maybe a guided meditation or mindfulness practice.

Slow Flow Hatha
Ready for a Slow Flow class?
We will focus on flowing from pose to pose while linking movement with the breath. Modifications will be offered for all levels. Our practice will include sitting, standing, inverted postures and balance. Postures will be sustained with attention to basic alignment to calm the mind and soothe nervous system.
