Lemon Ginger Cubes


I would love to share this very simple, delicious recipe. This is super easy and has many benefits. I love to drink this in the morning as I attempt to find something to replace my morning coffee.


All you need is a piece of ginger root and some lemons. Grate about 1/4 cup of the ginger and squeeze the juice from 4 lemons. Add water to equal 2 cups of liquid, stirring well. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.


Add a cube to warm water or your favorite tea and you have a wonderful, easy, super healthy drink.

  • Calms inflammation

  • Boost of Vitamin C

  • Helps with nausea

  • Settles GI upset

  • Helps to maintain hydration
