Everyone is different, right? So is every BODY. Some are attracted to Power Flow classes that get our hearts pumping and require physical exertion and strength, while others prefer a slower pace Gentle Flow, or maybe it's a guided meditation that brings you calm. Whatever you love, yoga is multi-faceted and personal to your own experience. While we focus to connect the mind and body. Stillness is just as important as the movement. Sometimes we go too fast in life to notice the subtle experiences. I challenge you to slow down and just notice every breath, every sensation and be aware, learn about yourself. Every practice is your practice. You don't have to be flexible or super fit. All you have to do is be yourself!
